Master Distiller Henrik Elsner has chosen to challenge himself and created the world's simplest gin - namely a gin made from juniper and only juniper.

Despite the fact that the gin alone is distilled on juniper berries, Elg Mono Botanical has a complexity and purity that has not been seen before. Elg Mono Botanical has sweetness from the essential oils that also contribute to the scent of pine needles with citrus.

Serving suggestions for ELG Mono Gin

The gin is particularly suitable in a fresh and tasty Gin & Tonic with lots of ice cream and just a slice of lemon. It goes well with most tonic waters.

We have chosen to launch it under the slogan - "Give your gin a K.I.S.S" - so enjoy it in all its simplicity.
