50ml ELG No. 1 Gin
25ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
A small handful of basil leaves
Plenty of ice
Muddle basil and gin thoroughly in the shaker. Then add lemon juice, sugar syrup & ice and shake thoroughly.
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a chilled cocktail glass, add a large chunk of ice and garnish with a small bouquet of basil leaves.
