- 50ml ELG Christmas Gin
- 100 to 120ml sweet Tonic (e.g. Fever-Tree Mediterranean, 1724 or similar)
1. Pour gin into a large glass with plenty of ice
2. Carefully pour tonic into the glass
3. Garnish with a (dried) orange wheel or peel - possibly also a small cinnamon stick.
