Henrik Elsner hold a PhD in organic chemistry from Copenhagen University.

ELG Gin, our flagship product, was born from Henrik Elsner's deep knowledge of chemistry and passion for distilling. With a blend of scientific precision and an unwavering love for traditional methods, Henrik crafts spirits that are celebrated both nationally and internationally.

Our Process
