- 60ml ELG GIN No. 1
- 30ml Sweet Vermouth
- 10ml Mirto Liqueur
1. Stir for 30-40 seconds with plenty of ice
2. Strain into a chilled coupe or Martini glass
3. Express a lemon peel over the drink, then use it for garnish
