- 100 to 120ml sweet Tonic (e.g. Fever-Tree Mediterranean, 1724 or similar)
1. Pour gin into a large glass with plenty of ice
2. Gently pour tonic into the glass
3. Garnish with a strip of lemon peel - can be twisted over the glass if extra citrus aroma is desired.
