ELG Sloe Gin
ELG Sloe Gin is made of sloe berries or also known as blackthorn. The berries are harvested after the first frost of the year, after which they drawn for 6 months with Elg Gin No. 1, which is sweetened with Danish sugar. Then the juice is poured off and the carriers are pressed.

Elg Sloe Gin is a refreshing drink by itself (possibly with ice & an orange peel), with Fever-Tree Mediterranean & orange peel or in cocktails with Ginger Beer.
